VW Camper Hire Payment
- there is a £100 non-refundable Booking Deposit, receipt
- Booking Deposits are NOT transferable to alternative hire
- the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to the
booking date or at the time if less than 4 weeks from the
booking date
- extras will be calculated and added in the final balance
payment
Security Deposit
At the time of hire we will take a Security Deposit of £500
Payment can be made using a cheque or cash.
If payment is made by PayPal,Credit or Debit card we charge an additional £50.
Your Security Deposit will be refunded / returned within 7 days of the end of the hire period, if the campervan is returned:
- in the same condition that you received it
- with a full tank of unleaded fuel (if this is not adhered to, we
will add a fuel charge based on the current value of a full
tank of fuel at the time of return, plus 15% handling charge)
- interior and cooking facilities clean (if this is not adhered to,
- arrive at the agreed location at the agreed time (late return
charges apply of £400 per day), as we have to consider
our next hirer
- all waste water and rubbish disposed of (if this is not
Return of items left in the VW Camper Van
We will be happy to return your belongings left in the VW
campervan at a charge of £5 plus Postage & Packing per item.
This will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
Damages and Repairs
Should there be any damage costs for any repair, replacement
or special cleaning, the costs will be deducted from the Security
Deposit before the balance is returned to you.
The hirer will be fully liable for the replacement of the VW
Campervan windscreen and all other VW Campervan windows.
The hirer will also be liable for the repair and replacement to the
VW Camper Van tyres,wheel nuts and rims.
In the event of a claim we reserve the right to retain the Security
Deposit for a longer period as is necessary to quantify the
charges incurred which will be deducted from the Security
Deposit.

VW Camper Van Collection
is available between 14:00 and 17:00 on the day of collection
(the VW Campervans will NOT be available for collection any
earlier or later).
If however, you make special request in advance we will do our
best to assist.
VW Camper Return 10a.m unless arranged otherwise
Cancellation
We understand that circumstances do arise where cancellation
is necessary
- cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to the hire- full refund
- cancelllation 2 to 8 weeks prior to the hire 50% refund
- cancellation under 2 weeks prior to hire no refund offered
